Condolence

Sumo's mother passed away last thursday. i was so sad when i got that news. i've been close friends with sumo for a long time and remember how he's been telling me a lot about his mom when we chatted. hew was closer to his mom (dad was very very strict). he got his humour part from her i guess, hearing all the stories how they were teasing each other.

i got the news in the morning. but somehow couldn't verify it coz i couldn't reach sumo that day. a friend confirmed about the news to me. what hit me the most was getting the news so late i couldn't go to kuala pilah, where the funeral was held. i couldn't see sumo when he was in such terrible situation. but i know he is strong enough to handle it. knowing him.

i was waiting for the weekend to arrive so that i could go there for the tahlil, at least. but sumo is here. so i think i'll just wait for the tahlil here when everything there is done.

i wish sumo and family would be strong about this. Allah loves his mother more and may she rest in peace and be among umat yang soleh dan solehah. she was a nice person, a great mother and beloved wife to his father. sumo is one of the luckiest person to have such wonderful person as a mother. Al-fatihah.
